1. Judging Schedule · Dates: January 3 (Sat) – January 4 (Sun), 2026 · Judging times vary by category. Please carefully check the announced judging schedule. · Important: Students who have submitted projects to multiple categories must ensure their judging times do not overlap.
2. Judging Method: Online (via ZOOM)

2) Presentation Details · Language: The official language for judging is English. · Format: Each project will undergo one judging session with a panel of 3 to 4 judges. · Duration: 7 minutes for presentation + 8 minutes for Q&A (15 minutes total). · Technical Note: Participants are responsible for sharing their own screens for the presentation. · Demonstrations: Video clips or prototype demonstrations are permitted, provided they are conducted within the allotted 7-minute presentation time. · Conclusion: Participants may leave the session only after receiving permission from the judges. · Please note that actual start times may vary slightly depending on the live judging situation.
3) Pre-Judging Requirements · Please log in to the ZOOM link 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. · The announced Judging Schedule is based on KST(Korean Standard Time). · Breakout Rooms: After staff verifies your Project ID in the main room, you will be assigned to a specific breakout room. · Naming Convention: You must change your ZOOM display name to your Project ID before entering (e.g., I-001(a), I-001(b)). · Virtual Background: Please apply and use the provided official KSEF virtual background.(Please attached image file.) · Equipment Check: Verify your audio, video, and internet connection in advance. · Waiting Room: Please watch the orientation video provided while waiting in the ZOOM lobby.
3. Additional Information · If you are unable to attend due to an emergency (illness, accident, etc.), please notify us immediately via email. · All final decisions are made by the judging committee. The committee reserves the right to adjust award ratios plan if projects do not required standards.
